 What's New

July 26 - CIC 2010-11 Programs and Services Calendar Now Online

Our 2010-11 Programs and Services is now available online. Due to increased costs from our educational suppliers and several provincial governments' requirement to charge HST on supplies and services, the CIC had no option but to start adding tax to our course fees. The tax added depends on your province of residence. For example, if you live in Quebec the tax is 5%. If you live in Ontario the tax is 13%.

The Credit Institute is a not for profit organization. To help minimize the impact of the taxes, the CCP Program course costs and tuition fees were reduced by approximately7% from last year's fees, wherever possible.

Employers who reimburse course fees can claim ITCs—Input Tax Credits, right away. All the course fees remain tax deductible for students.

As always, our goal is to provide high quality education for Canadian credit professionals.

Peter Finlay, CCP
President & Dean
