Payment of Fees/Enrollment


Applications for Enrollment must be accompanied by full payment of all applicable fees.

To enroll, students must complete the On-line application or the printed enrollment form from the 2007/2008 Course Calendar. Applications may be received:

1. On-Line

Applications and payments can be completed on line by clicking on the Student On-Line Enrollment icon in the menu to the left of your screen. Please print your application prior to sending and call our Education Coordinator at (416) 572-2615 if you are not contacted by phone within 7 business days.

2. By Fax

(416) 572-2619. Credit card payment is required.


3. By Mail

Mail the application with payment in the form of a cheque or credit card to the Credit Institute of Canada, 216C - 219 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON M6J 3K1

4. In Person

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the national office of the Credit Institute. Payments must be made by cheque, credit card or bank draft.
